You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The return is initiated within the specified timeframe.

Opened items that have been used or are missing parts
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@geektrades.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Repackage Your Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number. Please ensure it is well protected to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please follow the same steps as above to initiate an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.
